What do you do with my information?
We will only use your information to create your account, and use our services here at Redsill. We do not share your information outside of Redsill. Take a look at our privacy policy. Additionally we encrypt your information, and when you’re logged into your account you’ll notice “HTTPS” in your browser bar, which is a sign that our SSL Certificate is providing an additional layer of protection.
What’s included in the free trial?
Everything! We don’t hold anything back. Try it out to see how it works for you. If you like it, choose a subscription plan and sign up. If it’s not what you’re looking for, there’s no obligation to continue.
What types of payment do you accept?
We work with Amazon Flexible Payment Solutions, so you can pay with your credit card, or from your bank account.
What happens to my pages at the end of my subscription?
We’ll hold on to the content for 30 days, in case you change your mind, and then we’ll delete it from our servers.

If Ihave a reseller account can I actually re-sell the service during the free trial?
YES. Take it for a test drive to make sure you’re happy with the results.
As a reseller, how much can I charge my customers?
That’s entirely up to you. You purchase a subscription from us for a number of uses and you can re-sell them for whatever price you choose.
What can I or my customers upload?
Anything you have permission to. If you hold the copyright or have permission from the person who does, you can upload it, provided it doesn’t violate the terms of service. If you do not hold the copyright or have permission from the person who does, please DO NOT upload that content. We’ll be forced to take it down.
I have a Vendor ID Code from my florist. Why do I need to create an Account? Will Redsill charge me Anything?
Even with a Vendor ID Code we ask that you create an account in order to agree to the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy. You do NOT need to enter a credit card, and you will NOT be charged anything.
